What sportswear can I have custom made under my brand?
We make custom sublimated rashguards, basketball apparel, football (soccer) apparel, running and performance wear, road cycling apparel, BMX apparel and polo shirts, all under your own label. You can customise one of our existing cuts from 1 piece or develop your own style with us. Every product is printed, cut and sewn in our own factory in Aiud, Romania.
What fabrics do you use for custom sportswear?
All our fabrics are GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified, and the composition depends on the garment. Jerseys and shorts are 100% recycled polyester or recycled polyester/elastane blends, depending on the style. Rashguards use Italian Carvico Vita PL: 78% recycled polyester and 22% elastane, 190 g/m², rated UPF 50+ and OEKO-TEX certified.
What can I customise on each product?
You can customise the full artwork, your logos and the colourways on every product, edge to edge, and the cut itself if you develop your own style. Every design is full-colour dye-sublimated, so there is no limit on the number of colours. Your own labels go into the garment, and none of the garments carry our branding.
Can you match my brand’s Pantone colours?
Yes, we match to your Pantone or colour code on request. Slight colour differences can occur because sublimation ink absorbs into the fabric. For new styles and bulk runs, the approved physical sample, not the screen, is the colour reference for production, so you see the real colour on the real fabric before we produce.
Will the sublimated print crack or peel?
No, a sublimated print doesn’t crack or peel, because the ink bonds with the polyester fibre and becomes part of the fabric. There is no ink layer to feel on the skin. One honest limit: a sublimated black is never quite as deep as a pre-dyed black fabric, and we tell you before you approve, not after.
Can I order a sample before a bulk order?
Yes, you can order a paid sample: a single piece on our existing cuts, or a physical sample of a new style before bulk production. 50% of a paid sample’s cost is credited against your bulk order of at least €2,000 ex VAT (shipping excluded). Sample cost, shipping and the minimum order value are confirmed in your quote.
Can I restock a single product or size?
Yes, you can restock from 1 piece on our existing cuts, including a single size. We keep your pattern and artwork on file, so each restock is made to the same approved spec in 2.5 to 4 weeks from artwork approval. Slight colour differences can occur because sublimation ink absorbs into the fabric.
