We confirm style, fabric, quantities and delivery date, and send a proforma to book your production slot. Our designers place your artwork on our production templates and send you a digital mockup.

Check colours, logo placement, names, numbers and sizes, and ask for changes until it's right. For exact brand colours, share a Pantone or colour code. New styles and bulk brand collections get a physical sample for approval first.

We sublimate, cut and sew your order in our own facility in Aiud, Romania. It's ready 2.5–4 weeks after artwork approval and ships worldwide with tracking. Patterns and colour profiles are stored, so reorders match.

Yes. For new styles and brand collections we produce a physical sample for you to approve before bulk production. For teamwear on our existing styles, you approve a digital mockup, and a single piece can be ordered as a test. Sample costs and timing are confirmed in your quote.

Yes. We regularly work with brands on unreleased designs, and we're happy to discuss an NDA before you share your tech pack or artwork. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll set it up before you send files.
Yes, as inspiration. AI mockups are a great way to show your idea. For production, though, we need a real tech pack or a reference sample with measurements, construction details and vector artwork. If you don't have one, we can build it with you as part of product development.
No. We specialise in cut-and-sew sublimated sportswear, where fabric is printed, cut and stitched, which allows full-colour designs on every panel. We don't do seamless knitting, which needs dedicated knitting machines.

Doesn't Cost the Planet
We've been building sustainability into our production processes since long before it became a marketing trend. Recycled polyester as standard, waste reduction built into every workflow, and honest communication — no greenwashing, no vague claims.
All our fabrics are GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified. Rashguards are 85% recycled polyester and 15% elastane, while jerseys and shorts are 100% recycled polyester or recycled polyester/elastane blends.
We offer recycled polyester fabrics and produce to order, so there is no unsold stock to discount or destroy.
