Kevin Van Lancker
Founder of Sportswear of Tomorrow and FLAVE
Kevin Van Lancker is a former professional inline speed skating athlete who represented the Belgian national team. After his sports career, he built more than twenty years of hands-on experience across sportswear manufacturing, production operations and applied technology. He is the founder of Sportswear of Tomorrow, a European manufacturer focused on premium sublimation, recycled performance fabrics and low inventory production models for performance driven brands. His work emphasises production realism, scalability and close collaboration between brands and factories.
Kevin is also the founder of FLAVE, a technology platform applying artificial intelligence to sportswear design, customisation and global production workflows. FLAVE enables brands to become leaner and make the shift to on-demand production on a global scale. One can generate designs for your current sportswear collection, automatically convert them into production ready print files for sublimation, manage personalisation at scale and route orders through a calibrated international factory network or produce by themselves. FLAVE sits at the intersection of design, manufacturing and software, with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and long-term industrial execution.
